1. Registration form and Prospectus

The Registration form may be obtained from the school office by paying Rs.300/- (Three Hundred only)while for class-XI it is Rs. 500/-(Five Hundred Only). Registration form shall be issued on request and on producing the credentials of the child whose admission is sought. However, the receipt of registration form doesn't guarantee for admission.

2. Submission of Registration form

A) For LKG to Std. I Regstration form duly filled in along with an attested photo copy of Municipal Birth Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, Immunization Certificate and 1 recent passport size photograph of the child must be submitted to the school office within 3 days of collecting the form.

B) for Class II to IX original school leaving Certificate is to be submitted before commencement of classes in April and should be counter signed by Education Officer in case the student has got transferred from out of Uttar Pradesh state schools. However, along with registration form some proof of schooling such as attested photo copy of First Unit Test Result, or First Term Result, Annual Result, Medical Fitness certificate and attested photocopy of Birth Certificate are also to be attached. 1 recentpassport size photograph also must be attached with the registration form. Duly filled up registration form is to be submitted within 3 days from the date of issue from the school office. Please note that no form shall be accepted without the above mentioned documents. Date for test/interview/interaction will be intimated at the time of submission of registration form. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of interview.

3.Interaction/Admission Test
 

1. For Nur. to Class II the date of interaction/test shall be intimated in writing while submitting the registration form. The child must be accompanied by either or both the parents. Admission shall strictly be on interaction/test basis.
2.  For Std. III to Std. IX ,the date for written test shall be intimated in writing at the time of submission of registration form. The test shall consist of 3 papers, in the subject English, Gen. Awareness & Maths of 20 marks each of total duration of 2 hours. Syllabus for the test shall be  of the class in which the child is currently studying.
3. For Std. XI Selection for science stream(PCM/PCB) shall be made on the basis of aptitude test. List shall be put on school notice board on the dates specified at the time of submission of registration form.

4. Eligibility for Admission


a) Nur. to Std I to be eligible for admission, the candidate must fulfill the age criteria specified below. No deviation whatsoever from these dates shall be entertained. As on Ist April of the academic session in which the admission is sought.
1. For Nursery 3+ yrs.on 1st April
2. For LKG 4+ yrs.on 1st April
3. For UKG 5+ yrs.on 1st April

4. For Std.I 6+yrs on 1st April

b) For Std III to IX  the candidate must score minimum 60% marks in each subject in the  entrance test.

5. Admission Criteria

a) Only those students who clear the written test will be called for an interaction.
b) Result will be displayed on the Notice Board on the dates specified at the time of interaction/test.
c) Admission is based on first-cum-first serve basis and on the basis of the performance in the written test. However, admission shall primarily be subject to the availability of seats.

Please download the Registration Form and submit the duly filled Registration Form with the following documents within 3 days in the school office from  9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m:

(i)           One Photo

(ii)          Registration Fee Rs.300/- and for class-XI Rs. 500/-

(iii)         Photocopy of Aadhar Card

(iv)         Photocopy of Birth Certificate
